What’s Next?

All of our pupils have individualised needs and we utilise all available information and professional contacts to produce the most suitable and realistic outcome.

In preparation for transitions from KTS, we arrange Leavers Reviews where parents, the pupil (where appropriate) and professionals meet and discuss the possible routes available. A SEN Careers Advisor will lead on the Education, Health and Care Plan and a discussion will take place regarding the pupil’s aims and needs for the future. In 'Preparing for Adulthood', you will find headings that cover a range of information and possibilities for your child and we encourage you to look at the various student destinations available and arrange a visit. Our teaching team are here to help guide you and your child throughout this process.
